All memberships include access to premium supplements and member discounts. Supplements are purchased separately unless otherwise stated; discount amounts and eligible products will be provided by the clinic. Initial Visit and Adjustment $99; travel fees may apply. MOVE Essential and MOVE Plus each require a 3-month minimum commitment before cancellation. MOVE Complete may be canceled at any time. Cancellation takes effect for future billing periods; membership fees already paid are not automatically refunded. Memberships are not insurance and are subject to eligibility, written terms, and availability.

Membership terms
Recurring payments: $49/month for MOVE Essential, $99/month for MOVE Plus, or $149/month for MOVE Complete, billed monthly upon enrollment until canceled according to the plan terms.
MOVE Essential: Three-month minimum commitment, totaling at least $147 in membership fees before cancellation becomes effective. Cancellations requested during the initial term take effect after the third paid month, subject to the final signed agreement.
MOVE Plus: Three-month minimum commitment, totaling at least $297 in membership fees before cancellation becomes effective. Cancellations requested during the initial term take effect after the third paid month, subject to the final signed agreement.
MOVE Complete: Cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals and does not automatically refund payments already processed.
All memberships include access to premium supplements and member discounts; supplements are sold separately. Travel fees, service eligibility, appointment availability, and any additional costs should be disclosed before purchase. Memberships are not insurance. Medical services and prescriptions, if any, are separate and subject to licensed-provider assessment.

Medical treatment and pricing: Eligible Weight-Loss & Longevity program packages include prescribed medications, necessary supplies, and home delivery where permitted. All prescription treatments require evaluation and prescribing by a licensed medical director; no prescription is guaranteed. The $549 starting 8-week wellness package does not necessarily include prescription treatment. The clinic will confirm the total price and exactly what is included in each medical package before enrollment. Only legally available, clinically appropriate treatments may be provided; some marketed peptides are not FDA-approved and may not be offered. Home delivery is subject to pharmacy, location, and legal requirements. No guaranteed weight-loss results.
